    NHN KCP promptly resolves issues that arise between employees and the company by investigating illegal acts, unfair treatment, receiving internal reports, and other such matters from a neutral position, and recommending corrective measures to resolve them.

    NHN KCP conducts internal audits at least once a year through its internal audit system, which rigorously enforces internal audit activities such as imposing sanctions based on the results of audits for corruption, violation of fair trade laws, and other matters. The internal audit team is composed of two practitioners who have obtained the Corporate Internal Auditor qualification from the Korea Listed Companies Association.

    NHN KCP has established and operates 'Guidelines on Anti-Money Laundering and Prohibition of Financing for Terrorist Activities' to prevent the use of money laundering and financing for terrorist activities. To operate an effective anti-money laundering system, NHN KCP operates a separate AML team.
